Refund Policy

1. Overview

At NexStartUp, we strive to deliver high-quality software and web development services. Due to the nature of custom software development, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the client and our development team.

2. Initial Deposits

Workspaces typically require an upfront deposit to secure development resources and begin the discovery and design phases. This initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If a workspace is cancelled before any work begins, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

3. Milestone Payments

For larger workspaces, payments are tied to specific deliverables or milestones outlined in your Statement of Work. Once a milestone is completed, delivered, and approved by the client, the payment for that milestone becomes non-refundable.

4. Subscription and SaaS Services

For any recurring subscription services (e.g., ongoing maintenance, hosting, or SaaS products), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial usage during a billing cycle.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, we ask that you communicate your concerns immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to revise the work to meet the agreed-upon specifications. If an agreement cannot be reached, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of NexStartUp management.
